I am still waiting to see some kind of solution come from Canon. Right now the only reply is from "Arthur" and to me it is as useful as pimples on a wart hog's behind. There are to many people having the same issue for this to be a "hardware" issue...
I am having the same problem and it only started today. I wonder if this is some type of planned obselesence (sic). This is happening to too many people on the same day to be a random issue.
