Canon printer takes a long time to start printing

Hi, I have a Canon TS5020 inkjet printer.  Recently, some of my print jobs have taken a while to start printing.  I checked the print spooler and it seems to be working fine.  Also, the printer is only ten feet away from the Wifi signal.  Any suggest...
