I keep periodically getting this error message but my printer then works when i turn it off and on again - do I really need to spend £300 on a new print head or is a simple alignment or clean needed? Its had an easy life so far?
The error came more often ... I changed the print head and now the error has gone ... I also had to replace two cartridges tho as it uses a lot of ink to prime the new print head Hope this helps you.
