scanner produces gaps in documents when sent to computer, but not when I scan to print. Imageclass Mf632Cdw
Settings for cardstock MF632Cdw

I'd like to be able to go from regular to cardstock and print on envelopes occasionally. Why is it so hard?

Thanks, when I went to find something else to scan for you, I discovered that it works just fine on other documents so I thought it was fixed. I was trying to scan these envelopes and when I tried scanning them again, they still came out gappy.
