I bought a new Windows 11 computer. When I connected my printer it would not recognize the printer. Then somehow I got it to work but now it is back to not recognizing the printer. Why does it not recognize my printer??!!
I was trying to get it connected by USB cable without success. I connected the printer to my home wifi and updated the firmware. Then I connected wirelessly to the printer. That worked. I would rather be connected via USB but do not want problem...
