I too have a LIDE 300. Until recently the options for input paper size and the dpi setting in ScanGear were available. Now, after I downloaded an update, they're greyed out. I uninstalled IJ Scan and reinstalled it from original disk, ScanGear got in...

Before I allowed install of an update, the ScanGear Advanced option offered control of scan page size. Now that option is greyed out, as are several others. I've tried reinstalling from the original disk, but no joy. Any opinions?  And by the way, Ca...
