Pixma 100 Pro. Windows 10, can not use Canon software since it doesn't see the printer over ethernet. Using the Image Garden software, I get a message that there is no printer supported by the software. Other apps see the printer just fine for printi...

Canon software seems to require usb connection.  I can print via other software over my ethernet connection.  Is there a fix for this? Windows 10, up to date. Windows sees the printer just fine, the Canon software does not.
