Pixma 100 Pro. Windows 10, can not use Canon software since it doesn't see the printer over ethernet. Using the Image Garden software, I get a message that there is no printer supported by the software. Other apps see the printer just fine for printing pictures on paper, but the other software I have for printing on CDs, Nero, is not successful in printing on the disk. The disk tray is labeled K and I have that option in Nero, but the template does not work. Suggestions?
