The best (most dependable, error free) Memory cards are Sandisk brand.. Off the wall brands are iffy at best. Recommonded are name brand cards.

Your scanner should have come with a CD with software on it. Install it, then go to the Drivers and Software page for your scanner here: DR-2580C
