My PowerShot ELPH 130 was uploading pic's fine to desktop now it is not even being recognized

Hello, I have been successfully uploading pic's from my 130 IS to desktop but is  now not even being recognized as being connected with USB cable. Ports are working fine with other devices and no other changes. Any suggestions? Thanks!
