Problem Scanning

I keep getting the same error message. "Problem Scanning. Something went wrong. Please try again." There is no error code to explain what went wrong. I've tried everything I can think of to fix it. I am running Windows 10 on my computer. HELP!

I am using the DR-M260 Scanner.
