I am trying to update the firmward for my Rebel T6 and it just says lost connection. My end goal is to be able to download pictures right to my phone through the NFC feature. Any suggestions?
HiThanks for the response. It was on the SD card we just didn't know how to start it. We turned the dial on the camera to manual and got the option to update on the menu. That was the step we were missing.Happy to get it working now.
