Color banding PIXMA TS8020 cassette only

I get horizontal color banding when printing from cassette, but not when printing from rear tray. How do I fix this?

I posted here because there is no way to contact Canon without a service contract, even though this printer is less than 2 years old. Will not buy anymore Canon products since they don't support them.
