Whenever I try to connect my SX740 to the phone it says "Connection target not found" Please help. Also, I don't have a reset camera option on my camera.

I tried calling as well but never get pass the automated response and in the end the automated voice resends me here or to the website that doesn’t work. I’ve been trying everyday but it’s futile.
