Hello, Im literally brand new to photography so I apologize in advance for such fundimental questions. My aperture setting wont go below 4 and Im pretty sure it should. Whats the trick to "unlocking" to get below 4?

Lense wont do it, Just figured it out. Its an F4 24-105. I guess the F4 makes sense now thank you for the response
