I had this same issue with Windows 10 Pro and Norton Antivirus, and this solution worked for me as well. I disabled Norton Auto-Protect and Smart Firewall, and all of the software got installed including IJ Network Scanner Selector EX2.
Hi, I tried the press/release instructions and nothing happened. And the steps for printing 'monochrome' still use all the inks. How do you set it to ONLY use the black ink?
