Yes I’ve tried with both the usb let’s me connect to image capture but that’s about it I can’t import anything and can’t connect to eos utility 3 always says failed to communicate with camera check connections

My canon rebel t7 won’t pop up anywhere on my Mac I’m using Mac OS Catalina 10.15.4 and the HDMI cable is fine but still nothing
