Canon MX532 suddenly stops functioning 'port in use'

I just printed normally a day or two ago and now, with no changes, I am getting no printing and 'port in use' error.I tried updating the drivers and I got the message that the drivers are up to date.Windows 10 Pro. Suggestions please?!
