Completely reset my computer and is still not linking up to my camera, but camera works on our other computer  

I have no idea how to re-install firmware in the Camera. Im completely resetting my computer

Is this Just the canon camera under that bus driver, because I've tried that.

I'm having the same problem with a canon 6d. Did you ever find any answers?
