As far as I can see, as of today OS 10.15.3 is a DEVELOPER BETA. It’s not an official and approved Apple OS release.I’d caution anyone who isn’t a legitimate developer to stay away from beta software installs.That way madness lies.

We got a ping from Canon about this in another forum.They are aware of the issue of the Utilities not working properly in Catalina and say they will be releasing an update to the EOS software to address it.So it’s at least coming.
