My printer is working OK but the pageblack cartridge prints wavy lines and double text. I have run the print head alignment function several times and it still prints wrong. What other options do I have?
I have installed new cartridges, cleaned nozzles. When I print black text I get a blank page. When I do the print test I get the attached. When I try to print an image, black is missing as in the attached image.
