How can you get to the pickup rollers on the MG 3122 to clean or change them? I know it is easy on some models but haven't figured out how on this one. Is there a service manual for this one?

My blue lines were horizontal and about 1/4 inch. Tried cleaning heads, different cyan cartridge, did not help.I deleted the Canon printers downloaded and reinstalled the printer (MG6200). Never had the B200 error. Issue solved. Good luck.
