Replaced the Canon brand PGBK with Canon brand cartridge and it refusing to align. Have not tried other colors to see if the whole grouping was bad….and of course I threw away the original box!
Seeing your identical issue on a different printer makes me wonder if they had a bad batch of cartridges…have you tried replacing ALL cartridges and not just the black? And are you using Canon brand cartridges?
