MX340 Blue Lines over color images

Please help! Intermittently my printer will put light blue vertical lines over the color image portions of documents. Any suggestions?

Hi! So, program was WORDNever tried another programnever tried a photocopyUsing newest Windowes Fixed the problem by adjusting settings from standard printing to the highest level.
