Not exactly sure what you are meaning. But I do think we have already downloaded the camera app to the computer. Wouldn't we have needed to do that as a part of the steps for the wifi anyway. Honestly, I know I had the cord down as my first question....

We had this issue with the SX530 HS I just received. Very frustrating. The cord I had for my last camera didn't fit. The WiFi connection wouldn't connect. I ended up getting a card reader as a part of an accessories pack and it worked.
