When I try to register my new Prograf PRO-300 the system doesn't come up with my printer model name. So does anyone have any ideas as to how register my new printer ?
Glad to say that today (Oct. 27, 2020) someone at Canon fixed the registration system so it now now recognized my printer model and let me register it.
