I realised I didn’t have the Printer drivers installed, if you don’t have the disc the drivers can be downloaded from websites and then reinstall Image Garden. Works well now.

All fixed, needed to download the correct driver for my printer.

I had the same problem, then realised I didn't have the correct driver installed for the printer. I downloaded this from a website.

24th Jan '18 Hi, I have downloaded My Image Garden but Scanner option is greyed out.I'm using Canon MG 5660 ThankyouWendy Miller
