I noticed that I had unzipped the contents of the downloaded folder but had not actually clicked on "setup" in the folder. Doing so completed the installation and I can now view "print preview".

Has this problem been resolved?I also have this problem and have Photoshop C2. It worked fine until a recent Windows update.
