EOS C50 How to start/stop video from DJI RS 2 gimbal

Hi guys I bought the new canon c50

I wonder how start stop video from gimbal My gimbal is dji rs2

Before that I use canon original r6 With usb c cable I can rec video from gimbal I thin same problem with other eos cinema camera like r5c c70 c80

Anyone have idea how this work I wish help me

Hello jaksaendo,

The EOS C50 recording can be controlled externally via HDMI. You would need to set the [Rec Command (EXT REC)] menu item to [ON]. This is discussed starting on page 157 in the user's guide. I have attached a link to the manual HERE for reference.

Hey, I have a 2.5mm terminal cable to 3 pin fischer, this works to trigger RUN/RECORD with my arri hand unit but does not trigger a CUT/STOP RECORD. Any ideas why this might be or if a setting change will solve this? 

Also, if i trigger record from my wireless arri hand unit, I cannot cut with the record buttons on the camera, i first have to unplug the 2.5mm cable before it will allow a cut
