The HG10 HDD camcorder came with a Corel Application Disc. On my first HG10 the flip out screen went bad, so I got myself another used HG10. And my pc has been replaced. Now, I can't activate the Corel GuideMenu, as there is no access to the website from which, the access code should be retrieved. So my question is, is there another solution to obtain the access code. Or do I need a different program to "back up recordings regularly"? Thanks in advance
