Hi Bruceboo!

So that the Community can help you better, we will need to know exactly what equipment you're using.   Any other details you'd like to give will only help the Community better understand your issue.

On a 5d mark III.  I want to turn off (and on) Group B or Group C or B and C.  Can I do that other than turning the power off and on at the relevant speedlites?  Can I do it from the camera settings?

Yes, from the flash menu, turn on Radio Transmission, and you can control the group power levels from the camera.

I see I can turn the lites down to 1/128th.  but how about OFF?
