The EL-5 & EL-10 natively fit your hot shoe. 5 pin EL series speedlites and EX series speedlites require the AD-E1 hot shoe adapter to work. Since that camera lacks the pins to make older speedlites work.

Which TTL Flash support directly for Eos R50 without hot shoe

Only the EL-10 & EL-5 speedlites from Canon. So no 3rd Party options yet.

For the Canon EOS R50, the Canon Speedlite EL-100 is a great option. It's compact, lightweight, and offers versatile performance with a guide number of 26. Additionally, DGME Paystub if you're looking for more power and advanced features, the Canon Speedlite 430EX III-RT is highly recommended, offering a guide number of 43, wireless radio control, and a versatile zoom head.

Won't work without the hot shoe adapter which is backordered. The camera lacks the legacy 5 pins to make older EX and 5 pin EL series speedlites to work. So only the EL-10 & EL-5 are the only compatible options currently. 3rd Party speedlites won't work either without the adapter.
