EOS R8 doesn't see Godox X2T-C wireless trigger

Hello I would not to ask you how to solve my problem with Canon R8 connection to Godox X2t(c) trigger.

When both are switched on and the trigger is in the camera hot shoe I have no options is Camera menu under

"Flash function settings"

The camera says:

This menu cannot be dispalyed. Incompatible Flash or flash's power is turned off

This subemenu works when I connected through hotshoe the Godox speedlite V860ii(c).

Is it possible to solve my problem with Godox X2t trigger?

Is this trigger on a list of supported devices?

I don’t believe that the trigger does support the camera function where trigger settings can be made from the camera menu. This means you need to make all the settings on the trigger itself. The trigger may still work fine with E-TTL flash even if it doesn’t support the menu display.

I use a Godox X Pro trigger on my R6 and R6 Mk2 and it does work with the camera menus.
