My understanding is that setting Zoom to "Auto" should change the Zoom setting depending on the Zoom setting of a Zoom lens.
Unfortunately, this doesn't seem to work at all when used with my R5 + ST-E3-RT v2 and RF 70mm-200mm. It always shows 50mm no matter what the Zoom is.
Is this not supposed to work like this? Am I missing something?

Auto Zoom only works when the flash is mounted on the camera. When using the flash off camera, it has no idea of the subject distance, or what angle of flash coverage is required. You must set the zoom head manually in that case.

Pitty they didn't throw that information into the transmitter for Ver 2.
