if you're a dragonfly, love is literally in the air - apparently, they remain attached like this until the female can lay her eggs in the water.

For the longest time, I thought the entirety of a dragonfly's body was rigid.  It wasn't until I started working here and seeing photos like these that I learned otherwise, but even now, it still messes with my head a bit.
