Yellow rose?

I had an occasion to pull out my older Canon T6 the other day, and found this on my memory card from seven years ago.

My wife tells me it's a rose, growing wild.

Not bad for an 18-55 kit lens. 1/500, f/5.6, ISO 100.

Google suggests that it is a "Golden Wings" cultivar rose.  Pretty!

I came across some shots from my long-gone T3i and I was stunned by how much sharper the files from my R8 and R100 are by comparison.

I used to shoot flowers a lot and this is quite nice.
