Hi folks
Ive had a load of help from you guys since I came across this wonderful white blossom Hawthorn hedge, here in Yorkshire- the North of England.
Ironically in the last 3 days half the blossom has fallen off which left today's trip a touch bare.
I was using an EOS90D with 18-135mm and a 10-18 wide angle

Hi
Thanks so much for your support and advice. Your photo really highlights your point about shooting low to high. The balance is excellent.
I'm overwhelmed with the responses and advice you guys have given me from posting my Hawthorn hedge picture.
So on the agenda tomorrow: camera on the deck pointing up! Seriously, I've learnt so much this week. While I will still take my camera 'for a walk' my range of techniques and skills will enhance the process.
Watch this space...

i knew this family back in 1980s when I was involved with vintage cars. The Scott Moncriefs were great car enthusiasts, if not a bit whacky!

Hi
Just another thank you for setting me off on Low to High.
I'm having a great time with my Spring hedgerows. I've now started taking one of my tripods into the local woodland, and started using the Shoot menu, which I hadn't bothered with to date. My neighbours think I'm crazy!

"If there's a bustle in your hedgerow, don't be alarmed now
It's just a spring clean for the May queen..."

And now we've got Dawn chorus day. Apparently Gen Z are big birders - so set your alarm!

That doesn't look crazy to me at all. Be sure to share some pics!
