We have a "weakness" for hummingbirds. A feeder hung outside the kitchen window has resulted in some great photos. Just need to speed up the lens a bit to catch the wings as in the photo.

Excellent, I really like seeing hummingbird photos in nature as opposed to a feeder.  A feeder shot is OK, but a natural shot is much better.

The feeling is mutual, I only like taking pictures of subjects in the wild/nature.  Nature shots really capture the essence of the subject, be it a hummingbird, song birds, raptors and other animals.  I'm happy that you liked the shot and I thank you for your thoughts.

We don't have the flowers or shrubs needed to attract hummingbirds. We are limited in yard space.

I usually will go hicking in preserves or areas where there are flowers that hummingbirds like.  Parks are good 👍
