This is pretty cool! I love the curved leading lines from the river, and the sunstar too. 🙂

You may not need more FL. 300mm on the 7D will be pretty good. Actually acting like a 480mm on my 1DX. I shoot a lot of birds with only 300mm. It is 300mm on my 1DX. You are right, you need a better lens and I guess truth be known you never have enough FL.
