Morning walk on yesterday and decided to take the 50D and 24-105 F4 along with me. The clouds were kind of peculiar to my sight and reminded me of those fake background clouds you see on large photos in a mall or something similar. Anyway, it was the clouds I wanted to capture along with a landscape that could compliment it. The row of trees on the side of the road were all leaning towards the incline of the hill they were located. I did crop out part of the foreground because it just wasn't interesting and did nothing for the photo overall. Although there is nothing mind altering about a bunch of trees covered in snow, the contrast between the ground and the sky encouraged me to take the shot. Anyway, just a bit of insight on why I made this image and thought I'd share it with you. Mostly, straight out of camera Raw but cropped and lens correction applied.
