Stacking, wow?  My, you are coming along, pertty quickly, I would say. 

However, I might suggest layers and layer masks.

I've stacked the 10 pictures (layers) in photoshop, aligned them, used smart objects, & set the stack mode to Mean to make this happen.

Yep.

I noticed that the trees were blurry right after I stacked the pictures due to wind movement. What I'll probably do the next time around is use a layer mask for one picture that the trees & foliage are sharp & another mask to keep the water smooth. Appreciate the comments & feedback, Ernie.

Obviously, you used a tripod to capture the 10 images.  I would have used a different exposure.  What shooting mode did you use?

You will always get the least noise at ISO 100.  For landscape shots, you can get “deep focus” with narrow aperture settings.  I would have used Av mode, and f/8 aperture and ISO set at 100.   If the camera calculates a shutter speed that exceeds 30 seconds, then raise the ISO  just a bit, or open up the aperture a tic.  

Your goal is a narrow aperture, f/5.6 to f/16, at ISO 100.  If your camera calculates a shutter speed ranging from 10 to 25 seconds, then you are all set to go.  The long exposure will smooth the water, and ISO 100 will give the least noise that the camera is capable of producing.

Believe it or not, I did not use a tripod (not handheld). I used a flat surface of the bridge as a tripod & self-timer. Being creative. lol 

It was quite windy the night I made this picture so I was afraid the wind would cause vibration in my photos. I use manual mode usually when I do landscapes. If it wasn't so windy and/or used a heavy tripod, then I would have gone with the settings you mentioned.

I do have a cheapo tripod that my mom gave to me a year or two ago, but it is not very good.
