Shot with a Canon R8 and an RF 15-30mm f4.5-6.3 IS STM zoom.
These are two images from Fort Tejon State Historic Park near Lebec California. I am not a huge history fanatic, but I have a friend who is a retired park ranger, history buff, and unfortunately a Nikon user (LOL).
That day I shot with an R8, R100, and a Pentax ME. My friend was marginally OK with the R8 as a real camera but was dubious about the R100 and the ME. On another trip I would confound him with a Nikon F and a Pentax K2.
On Facebook I follow IoNiZeR and one of my goals is not to duplicate IoNiZeR but to have it inspire me with perspective-shifting photos. I love contrast and grain/noise. While these images are not excessively noisy like I would want, I was able to coax some very nice contrast.
PS: I love the R8, the R100, and the RF 15-30mm f4.5-6.3 IS STM zoom lens.
