Thanks Lee. I also have a cheap 75-300 which doesn't get a lot of use. I'm happier working closer, as opposed to landscape.

I can see so many interesting shots in hedgerows and other things on my walks, but I find landscape a tad boring (till I get to Scotland in 10 days)!

I found this old photo from around 1960 with me on the left playing conckers with my brothers. Or more precisely to satisfy my dad's photographic needs
