Another one of my photos taken in May 2026 from the northern Ireland coast. This image was taken looking out towards Downhill Beach, in Londonderry. A storm had moved across the beach and water while I was shooting photos of interest and pockets of isolated dramatic shafts of light would show up. Knowing tthis, I positioned myself where the clouds were lighter, hoping the clouds would open. This is one example that I was rewarded with.
