The Canon Xti (EOS 400D to me) is one of my earliest camera bodies, and came with the 75-300kit lens, which is IMHO, one of Canon's worst optics. Thus, I am impressed that you managed to get such a great image! Well done.

Still Have it but I have upgraded to a EOS 6D with all "new to me" lenses. Canon 300mm F/4 L IS, Canon 24-105 F/4 L IS, Canon 100mm F/2.8 Macro, Canon 50mm F/1.8, Sigma 15mm F/2.8 Fisheye

I still have my 400D body too, but got rid of the 75-300 in favour of the much better EF 70-300 IS USM models, I still have the L version of that today.
