Obviously you used a fast lens speed. Great stop action photo. Could you share the settings for us?

Canon EOS R7 with EF100-400mm f/4.5-5.6L IS II USM

f/6.3, 1/2500, iso250, 200mm

I was taking it as a wide angle shot but it was sharp enough for me to crop nearly 60%.  The final version is upscaled for printing.
