I recently purchased a new Canon ImageFORMULAR10 portable scanner. Plug and play it should be. However, when I try to open the app to use such, I get a screen stating the "Smart App Control blocked a file that may be unsafe". It's a darn Canon scanner I purchased. What gives? Anyone run into this issue before.
