The bank uses Canon CR-120 check scanner to scan and image all the transactions. We are on a daily basis working with the department on check/documents jamming slowing down their productivity. We have a new scanner, already replaced the rollers, still encountering jams. I do not know if it is the paper stock? The environment? operator? Any ideas or anyone else have/had this issue?
