canon R40 scanner CaptureOnTouch Program Issues

TurtleMAN
Apprentice

When using the CaptureOnTouch program to read images from files, the message "The operation cannot continue. Please check the output settings. [Error: 8FFC020A]" will be printed.
This problem occurred when I imported a jpg image file from a file, but it does not occur when only a few jpg images print an error message and import another jpg image file, so it is not easy to know the cause of the problem.
The document scanner I use is R40, and I installed the TWAIN driver and used the optional OCR module for CaptureOnTouch V5 Pro and CaptureOnTouch V5 Pro. I wondered if it was a problem with the utility program, so I deleted and reinstalled the same problem, and I completely removed the existing utility program and installed the CaptureOnTouch V5 Pro V5.3.1024.1128 and the CaptureOnTouch Pro Optional OCR module provided on the newly released DR-S350NW product page, and tried again, but it did not solve it. I am using x64 operating system.

[Error: 8FFC020A] would appreciate it if you could let me know what kind of problem situation it is in or how I can solve that problem.

My native language is not English, so I used a translator. I hope my difficulties are conveyed well.
I really need help.
