Hi Zezo.
Thanks for your post. I see that you are unable to scan from your Flatbed Scanner Unit 201 while it is connected to your imageFORMULA DR-G2110.
Before you can use the Flatbed scanner, you will need to install the appropriate driver. Although, you must have the ISIS/TWAIN/WIA Driver and the CaptureOnTouch program for your DR-G2110 installed, you also need to install the separate driver for the Flatbed Scanner Unit 201.
Please note that there are two Flatbed Scanner drivers on the website for the DR-G2110. One is for the Flatbed Scanner Unit 102. The other is for the Flatbed Scanner Unit 201. Please be sure to download and install the one for your Unit 201.
Here is the link for the download site for your DR-G2110:
https://www.usa.canon.com/support/p/imageformula-dr-g2110-production-document-scanner
Once it is open, please click on the symbol for Software & Drivers to the right of the picture of the printer. Then, please look under Downloads and make sure that Windows and the correct version of Windows are selected as the Operating System and Version. After you do that, you will see the list of available software further down.
You will only see the first 8 results, so please scroll down to the end of the list and click on the Load More button. You will need to click on Load More 2 times before you see the driver for your Flatbed Unit 201.
The file will be named:
It will be dated 11.14.23 and is 48.4MB in size.
Please click on the Download button for that driver. If you get a message asking you to agree to a license, please click Yes. When the file finishes downloading, please open it and follow the instructions to complete the driver installation.
When the driver has finished installing, please restart your computer while the DR-G2110 is turned on and connected to your computer. After the computer has finished turning back on, please click on the CaptureOnTouch symbol in the bottom bar of your computer screen (near the date and time) and then choose “Select Scanner” from the menu that appears. When the Scanner Selection window opens, please choose the Flatbed Scanner 201.
Next, please open the CaptureOnTouch program and try scanning. If it does not work or you need other assistance, I recommend that you call us. It would be the quickest way to get you scanning. You may call our special toll-free number by dialing 1-800-423-2366, Monday - Friday 9:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M. ET (excluding holidays).
I hope this information helps. Thanks again.

Hi JayC1
Thank you for your replay really appreciated, as for the Drivers i presume our IT company installed them as it was working with no problem. until we installed Windows Version 24H2 so i presume it caused the issue, I use the latest Adobe Acrobat for the scanning so i do not use capture..
